On February 19, 2027, in Tours, Sylvie Vartan will present Ma Vie en Chanson, avec Vous…, a concert conceived as a journey through her repertoire and her years on stage. A figure of yé-yé since the early 1960s, she has built a French pop nourished by twist and rock ’n’ roll, with that direct sense of melody that has marked several generations. On stage, she moves through the songs that accompanied her beginnings and beyond: the momentum of 'Panne d’essence', the signature of 'La plus belle pour aller danser', the theatrical persona of 'Comme un garçon', the memory of 'La Maritza', and also '2 min 35 de bonheur' and 'Irrésistiblement'. Over the course of the concert, one also traces her shift toward a more orchestrated and more stage-driven variety, without losing that pop foundation. A moment to sing along with her, to remember, and to bring back into circulation refrains we often know by heart.
