On November 7, 2026 in Poitiers, Poitiers Dub Night #3 brings together a fine lineup of artists across live sets and a sound-system. On the program, Charlie P arrives with DJ Kunta for a set where the British MC delivers his voice across roots, dancehall and bass music, as the selections and the versions intertwine without a moment’s pause. Kanka continues his story as a pillar of French dub with a live tailored for heavy bass and percussive rhythms. A multi-instrumentalist who has passed through King Riddim, he unfolds a frontal, hypnotic dub, nourished by reggae and electronics, carried by the energy of the sound-system format. Ashkabad, a duo from Avignon, plays the hybrid card: steppers, trap, downtempo, with techno or trance detours, all designed to build the intensity live. At the decks, Sista Bethsabée brings her selections and dub culture, while Guru Pope lays down his saxophone over the versions. The Culture Dub Sound System provides the backbone of the night, with additional support from Hay Field Sound, a local duo blending roots, stepper and electro-dub.
