Jacaranda Records is celebrating the release of Distance In Static with a Bonobo DJ set on 15 September 2026 at Jacaranda Baltic in Liverpool. Behind Bonobo is Simon Green, a British producer and DJ who bridges melodic electronic music with a more organic groove. Since his early days at the turn of the 2000s, he has crafted a sound where downtempo, trip-hop, nu jazz, and acoustic details intersect effortlessly, with real attention to textures and to supple basslines. Between his landmark albums and his more club-oriented explorations, Bonobo also knows how to tailor his music to the night, constructing progressive, warm sets that are always highly narrative.
