The Black Dahlia Murder arrives at Pumpehuset in Copenhagen (Denmark) on January 20, 2027, with that blend of melodic death metal and American death metal that has forged its reputation since the early 2000s. Formed in 2001 in Michigan, the band quickly shed its early metalcore roots to focus on a more direct and razor-sharp writing style: sharp riffs, nerve-wracking tempo shifts, and guitar melodies that stand out, carried by extreme vocals. Since Unhallowed (2003), the discography has been built at a steady pace, with milestones such as Miasma, Nocturnal, Ritual, Nightbringers, Verminous, up to Servitude (2024). On stage, The Black Dahlia Murder delivers precision and impact, between speed, groove and melodic lines that stick in the memory. After Trevor Strnad's passing in 2022, Brian Eschbach took over vocals and Ryan Knight rejoined the band, opening a new chapter without changing its DNA: intense, melodic, and unflinching.
