On January 27, 2027 at Bobino, Michel Fugain returns to the stage with a new, original show that takes the time to tell the arc of a career rather than simply stringing together memories. A writer, composer and performer, he revisits more than fifty years of French chanson by leaning on what has always been his strength: choruses that bring people together, a collective energy, and a very direct way of conveying emotion.
Over the course of the concert, the great classics come back in a new light, alive, rearranged, carried by an intact voice and a sense of rhythm that has not wavered. We rediscover the spirit of Big Bazar, that love of choirs and sharing, but also a more intimate writing, that of a musician who moves forward without nostalgia. A beautiful story serves as the thread guiding this journey between yesterday and today, where Fugain celebrates the stage as a place of joy, transmission and music performed live.
