Bryson Tiller brings his Neo Trapsoul Tour to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle in Düsseldorf on 26 November 2026. The Louisville-born artist has navigated between contemporary R&B, hip‑hop and trap since his beginnings, moving fluidly from singing into melodic rap phrases and building his tracks on sparse, often darker textures. With "Don't" and the album Trapsoul he established the foundation for a sound that combines intimate hooks, gentle timbres and direct lyricism. On stage Tiller oscillates between ballad-like moments and punchier passages, deliberately employs pauses, ad-libs and close-mic intimacy, and keeps the focus on voice, groove and narrative flow. Newer tracks from Bryson Tiller (2024) also fit into a set that prioritizes dynamics over effects.
Also on the bill: Toronto duo Majid Jordan, comprising vocalist Majid Al Maskati and producer Jordan Ullman. Their approach intertwines R&B, synth-pop and an electronic, nocturnal atmosphere; the vocals remain soft and precise, the production minimalist and attentive to transitions. Shaped by their work with OVO Sound, the duo have sharpened a compact sound that translates well to live performance: subtle refrains, deep bass and sparse keys. In combination with Tiller’s trapsoul aesthetic, this creates a set-up that alternates between introspective warmth and clubby tempos, leaving room for fine detail.
