On November 22, 2026, Gryffin plays History in Toronto. Behind the moniker is American producer and DJ Dan Griffith, a guitarist and pianist turned electronic artist. He first stood out in the mid-2010s with melodic remixes for pop and indie acts, shaping a dance-pop approach that sits between progressive house and a tempered future bass, always centered on the voice. From Heading Home and Whole Heart, his path led to collaborations with Illenium and Daya, the Gravity EP and album in 2018–2019, then Alive in 2022.
On stage, Gryffin favors a hybrid setup that mixes DJ performance with live instrumentation, bringing guitars and keys into electronic arrangements and reworking his tracks in real time. The set moves from early singles to recent releases, with vocal hooks, warm textures and dynamic builds that define his sound for the dancefloor.
