Pitchfork Music Festival London gathers The Radio Dept., Ana Roxanne and A Good Year at KOKO, London on 3 November 2026.
Formed in Lund, Sweden by Johan Duncanson and Martin Larsson, The Radio Dept. has traced a clear line through dream pop, shoegaze and synth-leaning indie. Whispered vocals, foggy guitars, discreet drum machines and muted keyboards shape songs that feel intimate without losing edge. From Lesser Matters and Pet Grief to Clinging to a Scheme and Running Out of Love, the band has refined a melodic, measured approach, with tracks that once slipped into Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette. On stage, their blend of haze and precision finds a calm momentum, balancing glow and grit.
California-born and rooted in the Filipino-American community of Vallejo, Ana Roxanne explores ambient music through voice, tone and breath. Her pieces draw on choral writing, jazz study and Hindustani classical training, folding electronics into slow, resonant spaces. The EP ~~~ and the album Because of a Flower set the path she has since expanded, including a detour with DJ Python as Natural Wonder Beauty Concept and, this year, Poem 1. Live, she builds patient layers where the voice anchors the drift.
A Good Year is the project of filmmaker Albert Hildebrand and producer Tobias Laust. The Danish duo approaches the stage with a cinephile ear for pacing and detail, letting rhythm and texture guide a clear, unhurried narrative.
