Fancy Hagood first arrived in Nashville at 17 with the dream of becoming an openly queer country artist, and over the past decade he’s built a reputation as a distinctive voice in the genre. After the success of his album American Spirit and years of blending country, pop, and glam influences, Hagood is stepping into a new era of music that leans into high-energy, organic instrumentation, drawing from bluegrass and roots textures while keeping the sharp pop melodies that have defined his songwriting. Fresh off a run of UK dates opening for CMAT and continuing to build an international audience, Hagood is preparing new music for 2026 that feels both deeply rooted and his own.
