Anthony Kavanagh returns to the stage with Jet Lag, a stand-up tailored to his comings and goings between Quebec and France. A humorist, actor and singer, he cultivates the blend of observational insight and stage energy that has become his trademark: a lively delivery, spot-on improvisations and, when the mood strikes, a detour into music or impersonation. Jet Lag plays with the mismatches that have amused him for as long as he can remember: cultural, linguistic, technological, and those little jolts of everyday life when you feel a bit out of sync. Kavanagh talks about relationships, contemporary society and the ways we stay on course, alternating punchlines with more personal confidences. It’s Quebec-style stand-up—direct and warm—where closeness to the audience matters as much as the joke. Anthony Kavanagh will present Jet Lag on April 10, 2027 at the Théâtre de la Gaîté Montparnasse in Paris.
