On April 17, 2027, Gilbert Montagné takes the stage at Le Tigre in Margny-lès-Compiègne for a concert that blends his piano playing with his classics and his new material. A central singer-pianist of Francophone popular music, he returns with L’Amour dans ses mains, a studio album that restores his signature sound—between pop pulses and more intimate ballads. Nearly twenty years after Get Ready and almost ten years after La Niña, he brings this new material to the stage, conceived for live performance and driven by an enduring taste for groove and memorable hooks.

On the programme is a smooth back-and-forth between new songs and pieces that have marked the decades. The Fool, On va s’aimer, Les Sunlights des Tropiques, Liberté, Le blues de toi and Musicienne are all likely to feature in the set, supported by a solid rhythmic foundation with keyboards front and centre.
