On November 17, 2026, Francis of Delirium brings their indie rock to Drake Underground in Toronto. Led by Luxembourg-based Canadian-American songwriter Jana Bahrich with producer and multi-instrumentalist Chris Hewett, the project balances tense guitars, direct melodies and quieter, dreamier swells. Emerging at the turn of the 2020s, they developed a concise, introspective writing style that folds pop clarity into alternative textures. After two early EPs, Wading (2021) and The Funhouse (2022), the duo expanded the palette with Lighthouse, a 2024 debut album featuring Real Love, First Touch, Blue Tuesday and Give It Back to Me, with two tracks produced by Catherine Marks. On stage, the songs tighten further, built to surge and recede rather than run straight lines. The set moves between jagged rushes and open passages, with Bahrich’s voice and guitar at the core and Hewett’s arrangements shaping the contours.
