On 15 November 2026 at Brudenell Social Club, Leeds, Master Boot Record brings its computer metal to the stage, blending heavy metal patterns with chiptune and demoscene textures. Live, the project expands to a full band and wires up vintage machines like the Commodore 64 and Amiga 500, synced to a stream of retro visuals drawn from early computing, classic videogames and demomaking. Synth lines stand in for guitars, rhythms hit with double‑kick urgency, and arrangements swing from orchestral thrust to pixelated grit.
Fulci pushes death metal through a cinematic lens: compact riffs, tempo breaks and murky atmospheres shaped by Italian horror. Named for filmmaker Lucio Fulci, the band treats each track like a scene, stitching samples and interludes into a steady narrative of dread. The set moves between blast‑driven violence and slow, head‑down grooves without dropping the tension.
Arottenbit is an experimental outburst where a Game Boy becomes a lead instrument, ripping through abrasive chiptune, sludge weight, hardcore punk angles and a dark techno pulse. On stage the sound is fast, saturated and physical, steering 8‑bit timbres away from nostalgia toward a raw, percussive impact.
