Ella Mai

London-born R&B singer Ella Mai brings her sleek, mid-tempo grooves to O2 Apollo, Stockport Road, Manchester, on 28 September 2026. Raised between the UK and New York, she blends transatlantic influences into songs built on supple vocal lines, measured tempos and melodic refrains. Spotted by producer Mustard and signed to 10 Summers, she first defined her sound across the EPs Time and Change in 2016, then Ready in 2017. Boo’d Up opened doors to a wider audience, followed by the self-titled album in 2018 and Heart on My Sleeve in 2022, where ballads, slow jams and R&B pop sit side by side.

On stage, Ella Mai keeps the focus on phrasing and groove, with arrangements that give space to the voice and to the writing. The set navigates intimate slow-burners and crisp, hook-led tracks, from early EP material to cuts from both albums.
