Info
On 5 June 2026, Ray LaMontagne plays Brighton Dome in Brighton. The New Hampshire songwriter has spent two decades walking the line between folk, Americana and a touch of soul, from the intimate pulse of Trouble (2004) to the more orchestral shades of Till the Sun Turns Black and Gossip in the Grain. He has pushed into roots textures with God Willin’ & the Creek Don’t Rise, explored retro and psych echoes on Supernova, opened up atmospheric folk rock on Ouroboros, then stripped things back again on Part of the Light and Monovision. On stage, he moves between solo acoustic focus and full-band dynamics, keeping the voice and the song at the center: pieces about relationships, doubt and inner landscapes, carried by a grain that stays close and unadorned. Expect a set that draws across this catalog, with quiet builds, space, and melodies that take their time.
Natalie Jane Hill joins the bill, bringing a contemporary folk writing that fits the evening’s contours, intimate and detail-oriented, a clear echo to LaMontagne’s palette at Brighton Dome.
