The Devil Wears Prada land in Bristol on 20 October 2026 for the Flowers UK MMXXVI tour, taking over Electric Bristol. Formed in Dayton in 2005, the band has carved a metalcore voice built on the clash between harsh vocals and clean melodies, thick breakdowns and airy passages. Led by Mike Hranica with Jeremy DePoyster on guitar and vocals, they’ve pushed their sound from early releases like Plagues and With Roots Above and Branches Below toward darker, more nuanced territories on Dead Throne, The Act and Color Decay. Novelists bring a Paris-bred progressive edge, now carried by vocalist Camille Contreras and the intricate twin guitars of Pierre Danel and Florestan Durand. Their recent album Coda condenses technical finesse and emotive swings into tight, immersive tracks made for the stage. 156/Silence and Oversize complete the lineup, adding extra weight to a bill that leans hard into contemporary metal’s rhythmic bite and melodic pull.
