Pitbull touches down in Glasgow for Summer Sessions at Bellahouston Park on 1 July 2026. Miami-born Armando Christian Pérez built his name in the early 2000s alongside Lil Jon before dropping his debut M.I.A.M.I. in 2004, fusing rap with Latin influences. Over the following decade he widened the scope with albums like Rebelution, Planet Pit and Global Warming, multiplying collaborations and carving a global profile rooted in Miami’s club culture. On stage he leans into that mix: tight rap cadences, Spanish hooks, and rhythms built to move a crowd.
Lil Jon, from Atlanta, arrives as producer, rapper and longtime architect of the crunk sound. Starting out as a DJ then with The East Side Boyz, he helped define a raw, call-and-response energy on records like Put Yo Hood Up and Kings of Crunk, and has since taken that spark into pop, electronic music and reggaeton. His sets channel heavy bass, chopped synths and shout-ready chants.
