On 22 September 2026 at The 1865 in Southampton, (Hed) P.E. teams up with Cold for a night tracing the fault lines between G‑punk, rapcore and post‑grunge. Born in Huntington Beach, (Hed) P.E. built its identity around Jared Gomes, folding punk bite, hip‑hop cadence, metal weight and flashes of reggae into concise, hard‑driving songs. From the self‑titled debut through Broke and Blackout to later cuts like Evolution and Detox, their catalogue navigates jagged riffs, head‑nodding grooves and sudden melodic pivots that hit with restless momentum on stage.
From Neptune Beach via Jacksonville, Cold carries the darker, melodic side of alternative rock. Led by vocalist Scooter Ward, the band moves between thick, down‑tuned guitars and slower tempos, with choruses tenser and more direct. 13 Ways to Bleed on Stage and Year of the Spider set the tone, followed by the more introspective A Different Kind of Pain and, after a hiatus, Superfiction and The Things We Can’t Stop. Sharing the bill, the two bands align distinct paths from the late 90s to today, meeting on common ground where weight, groove and melody keep the focus on the songs.
