MUNA bring their tight, hook-driven indie pop to Glasgow on 13 November 2026 at O2 Academy Glasgow with the Gets So Hot Tour. The Los Angeles trio — Katie Gavin, Josette Maskin and Naomi McPherson — shape a sound that slides between indie pop, synth-pop and electropop, pairing clear guitar lines with sleek electronics and lyrics that look straight at relationships, identity and emotional tension.

Formed in 2013, they cut their teeth on the EPs More Perfect and Loudspeaker before releasing About U in 2017 and Saves the World in 2019. After leaving RCA, the band joined Saddest Factory, the label launched by Phoebe Bridgers, and pushed their writing further on the self-titled Muna in 2022. Silk Chiffon, their duet with Bridgers, became a set-piece sing-along and a gateway for new listeners. A 2024 live album, recorded at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, captured the trio’s evolving stage craft.

On stage, MUNA stitch older cuts to newer tracks with tight harmonies and crisp dynamics, moving from slow-burn confession to dance-ready release. The Glasgow date promises a set spanning their three albums, moments reworked from the live show, and that communal rush when Gavin’s vocals, Maskin’s guitar lines and McPherson’s production snap into focus.
