On 31 October 2026 at the Elysée Montmartre in Paris, Fat Dog returns to the stage with an expanded seven‑piece lineup led by Joe Love. Formed in London in 2020, the band first made a name for itself through live shows, shaping a sound between post‑punk and dance‑punk, with nervy synths, rave‑like pulses and a saxophone that at times lends klezmer inflections. Spotted opening for Sports Team, Yard Act and Viagra Boys and appearing at events such as End of the Road, Borderline Dublin and SXSW, Fat Dog favors collective intensity over mere showmanship.

On the releases front, King of the Slugs (2023) followed by All the Same, Running and I Am the King (2024) led to the album WOOF., which laid the groundwork for a repertoire built for the stage. After a quieter spell, the band returns with previously unheard tracks slated for 2026 and a set centered on trance and repetition, where electronic build‑ups jostle a rock rhythm that is constantly re‑ignited.
