Major League Djz presents « Echoes of Tomorrow »

On 29 May 2026 at Chinois Ibiza, Major League DJz present Echoes of Tomorrow, a show shaped by the pulse of Southern Africa. The Johannesburg-born twins Bandile and Banele Mbere moved from local clubs to global booths, evolving from hip-hop and kwaito roots toward amapiano and Afro house. Their selections blend rolling 3-step grooves, deep percussion and pliant basslines, building patiently into that collective release the floor waits for.

Echoes of Tomorrow pushes that blend forward: Afro house foundations meet amapiano swing and future-leaning electronic textures. The duo trace a line between heritage and the present, working hypnotic rhythms, call-and-response keys and wide, breathing breaks that keep the pressure steady rather than rushed. At the center stands the Mask of Africa, a visual anchor for the performance and a nod to the cultures feeding their sound.
