Karrusel takes over Hangaren, Refshaleøen, Copenhagen, on 27 August 2026 with a line-up that stretches from hard-edged techno to UK garage, trance and leftfield electronics. The focus is on artists who push club music in different directions while keeping the floor in mind.
On the techno front, Amelie Lens drives streamlined, high-pressure rhythms, mirrored by Berlin figure Ellen Allien and the hard-groove pulse of Helena Lauwaert. Mischluft brings a fast blend of vocal trance and techno, while horsegiirL flips high-BPM eurotrance and hardstyle into hook-led, playful cuts.
On the melodic and live side, Monolink fuses guitar and voice with deep house and techno forms; Christian Löffler works patient builds and misty harmonics; Acid Pauli steers slow-burn narratives, sample collages and elastic rhythms. Shkoon weave Arabic vocals and piano into downtempo and deep-house structures.
UK garage and bassline roll through Notion and Conducta, while electro pioneer The Egyptian Lover links 808 funk to early rap lineage. RHR adds a Brazilian club strain, and Copenhagen’s Baime rounds out the bill.
