Forbidden Fruit – Saturday Only lands at IMMA, Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin on 30 May 2026 with a lineup that drifts between melodic electronics, spoken-word pop and Irish rap.
Ben Böhmer brings a Berlin-honed live setup built around reworking his own catalogue on the fly. Trained on piano and jazz before turning to production, he has carved out a clear, melodic house identity between deep and progressive, notably through releases with Anjunadeep. From Breathing to Begin Again, his tracks balance wide pads, measured builds and voice-led textures, designed as much for close listening as for the dancefloor.
Real Lies arrive from London with a blend of synth-pop, alternative dance and balearic shades. Now operating as a duo, they thread everyday storytelling and spoken word through pulsing electronics, carrying the thread from their debut Real Life to the introspective Lad Ash and the recent We Will Annihilate Our Enemies. North London streets, late buses and after-hours corners still map the backdrop of their songs.
Irish producer SHEE, from Killarney, joins the bill.
Enniscorthy rapper Lil Skag completes the lineup.
