Public Image Ltd. lands at Progresja in Warsaw on 15 May 2026 with This Is Not The Last Tour. John Lydon’s post-punk project leans into bass-driven dub pulses, skeletal drums and serrated guitars, with vocals that shift between spoken bite and chant. On stage, the band draws across its catalogue, from early jolts like Public Image, Death Disco or Flowers of Romance to mid-80s markers such as This Is Not a Love Song and Rise, alongside later pieces built on the same stark groove and off-kilter tension. The focus stays on rhythm, space and repetition, where the low end carries the melody and the guitar sketches sharp motifs rather than solos.
Opening, The Jacques arrive from the Bristol–London axis with a tight, immediate format. The quartet folds indie rock and Britpop sensibilities into grunge grit, post-punk angles and a touch of new wave, favouring short, nervy, melodic songs.
