LP will play Komplex 457 in Zurich on 8 November 2026. Behind the initials is Laura Pergolizzi, a New York singer-songwriter who moves between pop-rock, indie pop and a folk-rooted songwriting approach. Her distinctive, slightly smoky voice meets clear choruses and direct melodies; as a songwriter she has also written for others, including Rihanna, Christina Aguilera and Cher — a craft that makes her own songs precise and to the point.

Since the early 2000s LP began her path with Heart-Shaped Scar and Suburban Sprawl & Alcohol, later refocused with Forever for Now and reached international recognition with Lost on You. She followed with Heart to Mouth, Churches and most recently Love Lines, situated somewhere between ballads, alternative pop and melodic rock. Live, LP puts the voice first, supported by guitars, modern pop production and organic touches. In Zurich she will present a set spanning her catalogue, from the early years up to Love Lines — with a focus on voice, melody and a clear, pared-down expression.
