Info

On September 16, 2026 at Freedom Mobile Arch in Vancouver, Foster The People roll in with the Good Mourning Sunshine Tour. Formed in Los Angeles in 2009 around Mark Foster, the band has evolved into a core duo with multi-instrumentalist Isom Innis. On stage, they thread indie pop, synth-pop and alternative rock with electronic textures and a knack for clean, melodic hooks. The set navigates their catalog from Torches and Supermodel to Sacred Hearts Club, with newer cuts from Paradise State of Mind (2024), keeping that balance between guitar-driven energy and glossy synth lines. Expect the contrasts that shaped their trajectory, from danceable grooves to more hazy, psych-tinged atmospheres.

Goth Babe opens the night. Behind the name is Griff Washburn, a songwriter who blends indie rock and indie pop with a chillwave and folktronica edge. Since 2015, his tracks have leaned on light guitars, supple rhythms and understated electronics, building an easy, sunlit feel refined through a string of singles and EPs before the first album, Lola, in 2024. Live, the project favors direct melodies and a laid-back pulse that sets an airy tone before Foster The People take over.
