Info
Elderbrook, the stage name of Alexander Kotz, arrives at Sala Apolo in Barcelona on 16 May 2026 with a DJ set that emphasizes his more club-focused side. Raised between indie and folk before shifting toward electronic music in the mid-2010s, the London-based producer and singer has built a clear bridge between vocal songwriting and the dancefloor: melodic house, echoes of UK garage, flexible techno and electronic pop. After his early EPs and the breakthrough of "How Many Times," his reach expanded with a collaboration with CamelPhat on "Cola," and was consolidated through work with Gorgon City, Rudimental ("Something About You"), Bob Moses ("Inner Light") and Diplo. At the same time, he has developed a solo album catalog with Why Do We Shake in the Cold? (2020), Little Love (2023) and Another Touch (2024).
Behind the decks, Elderbrook shapes vocal lines with a soulful tone, elastic grooves and airy textures, moving effortlessly between his own productions, reworks and other artists’ tracks. This approach shifts his songwriting sensibility into club territory, while preserving the balance of melody, rhythm and atmosphere that defines his sound.
