Tété will stop by EMB Sannois - Espace Michel Berger on 17 December 2026. Born in Dakar and raised in Haute-Marne, he discovered the guitar at 16 and crafted a sound that sits between acoustic folk, blues and French chanson. After beginning his career in Parisian bars, he released L’air de rien (2001), then À la faveur de l’automne (2003), which established him on the musical scene, followed by Le Sacre des Lemmings (2006) and Nu là-bas (2013). Across his albums, his songwriting blends introspection, portraits of everyday life and supple melodies.

On stage, Tété favors simplicity: guitar up front, a clear voice, picking rhythms and stories that unfold without unnecessary effects. Subtle influences — from the Beatles to Miles Davis and Tom Waits — can be heard, filtered through his own personal acoustic pop. This appointment in Sannois will emphasize what matters: the song and the guitar, presenting a program that spans the tracks that made him known as well as his most recent work, in an intimate, stripped-down format.
