On June 26, 2026, Opium Barcelona hands the decks to Solardo for a WAA!!! takeover. Formed in Manchester by Mark Richards and James Eliot, the duo came up through the mid‑2010s UK house wave with a sound that sits between tight tech house and lean, festival‑ready hooks. Their signatures: weighty basslines, percussive grooves and short vocal loops, all cut for maximum impact in the booth and on big systems. Since launching their Sola label in 2016, they’ve built a solid ecosystem around their releases and allies, moving from Ibiza seasons to major festival stages across Europe, North America and Asia. In the studio and in the booth, their approach stays direct: tension in the mix, pressure that builds and drops that hit clean.
