On June 25, Pop-up du Label brings together three artists who are reinventing intimate French pop.
Stella Plage
A nostalgic soundscape, like an off-season seaside resort. Gentle melodies, veiled synths and delicate guitars: songs that speak of fragile loves and memories, like fragments of stories whispered at the edge of night. Stella Plage sits somewhere between sentimental pop and a darker, more unsettling imagination—as if Marie Laforêt were singing in a David Lynch dream.
La Nuit Américaine
La Nuit Américaine is a duo made up of Louise and Gauthier, united by a shared desire to create a sensitive, timeless elsewhere. Between misty electropop and chiaroscuro new wave, each track explores inner territories composed of mental images, dreamlike rhythms and intimate fissures. Their music is a quiet, immersive rebirth that imagines the world after the end.
Nicolas Dax
Nicolas Dax sculpts a taut, elegant pop, somewhere between opera and electronics, lyricism and saturation. His universe summons gothic imagery, futuristic sensuality and adolescent loves—those we once thought naive, too true—to transform them into modern enchantments. A poetic, haunted body of work that turns the intimate into a modern myth.
