Tayc returns to the stage to present JOŸA, his second album themed around joy. A leading figure in francophone R&B, he has refined across projects an aesthetic he calls Afrolove, at the crossroads of R&B, afrobeat, zouk and pop, with lyrics that explore relationships and matters of the heart. Buoyed by the success of “Fleur froide,” certified diamond, he has built a repertoire that alternates between dance tracks and ballads, conceived for the voice and live interpretation.

At La Seine Musicale on May 15, he performs the tracks from JOŸA and revisits the songs that established him, in a set designed for the stage. Lush melodies, warm rhythms, backing vocals and polished arrangements outline a clear Afrolove line—between club pulses and more hushed atmospheres. Transitions link the chapters, the voice remains at the center, and the connection with the audience guides the moment, between choruses sung in unison and more intimate passages. A live show that navigates his various musical moods while staying focused on collective energy.
