On September 19, 2026 at Bateau Phare (Paris 13th arrondissement), New York beatmaker Blockhead, Toulouse-born producer ProleteR and the American–Berlin project Arms and Sleepers share the bill for a show that moves between trip-hop, nu-jazz and electronic music. On the programme: recent tracks, rearranged classics and an exclusive collaborative single created for this tour.
Formerly signed to Ninja Tune, Blockhead unfurls more than 25 years of finely crafted instrumental hip‑hop. His latest solo album, Mortality Is Lit! (Future Archive Recordings, 2024), extends a discography that includes Garbology with Aesop Rock and The Aux on Backwoodz Studioz. Live, mellow beats, sample collages and visuals weave a narrative set.
ProleteR has made his mark on the electro, nu‑jazz and swing‑hop scenes with a blend of vintage jazz samples, boom‑bap rhythms and electro‑soul textures. His warm, direct signature bridges old‑school heritage and modernity, driven by instrumentals conceived for the stage.
Born in Boston in 2006 and now based in Berlin, Arms and Sleepers, led by producer Mirza Ramic, navigates trip‑hop, cinematic ambient, experimental hip‑hop and post‑rock impulses. With fourteen albums and more than twenty EPs, the project will notably present excerpts from What Tomorrow Brings (Pelagic Records, 2024), celebrating its twentieth anniversary in 2026.
