Jeremy Hababou

Jeremy Hababou takes the stage at the Zinga Zanga in Béziers on December 13, 2026. A Franco-Israeli pianist and composer, he moves between jazz, classical music and Middle Eastern influences, with a genuine sense of musical storytelling. His pieces progress like travel journals: a theme stated, a harmonic detour, an opening for improvisation, then the return of a melody that settles in without insistence.

At the piano, his playing privileges touch and relief: clear right-hand lines, supple basses, silences that breathe. One hears both the rigor of carefully worked composition and the momentum of the moment. On stage he presents a set of original compositions, giving each piece a distinct color—at times meditative, at times more incisive. The common thread is an emotion on a human scale, wordless stories that speak of places, memories and passages.
