Celtic Legends celebrates its 25th anniversary with a new production. On March 17, 2027, at the Galaxie Amnéville in Amnéville, the Irish troupe brings together dancers, musicians and singers for a journey into the heart of traditional dance. For nearly two hours, the choreographies by Jacintha Sharpe unfold in dialogue with entirely live music performed by five musicians led by Sean McCarthy. Reimagined reels, jigs and ballads follow one another, propelled by the sound of the uilleann pipes, penny whistle, fiddle, bodhrán and guitar. True to the company’s spirit, the show highlights ensemble energy, percussive step-dancing, collective formations and a few solos, alternating between fast instrumental passages and more melodic moments. It features the Celtic folk aesthetic that has accompanied Celtic Legends since its beginnings.
