Info
On May 26, 2026, Knocked Loose takes over Le Transbordeur in Villeurbanne. Formed in the early 2010s in Oldham County near Louisville, the band occupies a zone of contact between hardcore, metalcore and beatdown. On stage, their tracks are built around abrupt breaks, dissonant riffs and screamed vocals led by Bryan Garris, with Isaac Hale at the heart of the songwriting. From their beginnings with the EP Pop Culture (2014) to the debut album Laugh Tracks (2016), the five-piece established itself on North American and then European stages, before thickening their sound on A Different Shade of Blue (2019) and unfolding a continuous narrative with the EP A Tear in the Fabric of Life (2021).
The current tour is based on You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To (2024), where the band explores a blend of rhythmic tension and melodic touches, driven by lyrics rooted in inner conflict, broken relationships and a dark view of everyday life. Live, Knocked Loose sequences their songs by alternating accelerations, tense silences and breakdowns, constructing a set that plays on collective pressure and constant forward momentum.
