Bluvertigo

On 21 August 2026 at Arena della Regina in Cattolica, Italy, Bluvertigo take the stage with their blend of alternative rock, new wave and synth pop. Formed in Monza in 1992 by Morgan, Andy, Livio Magnini and Sergio Carnevale, the band carved out a sound built on pop melodies, synthetic textures and angular guitars, with a taste for dark or ironic shades. Their three studio albums — Acidi e basi (1995), Metallo non metallo (1997) and Zero - ovvero la famosa nevicata dell’85 (1999) — tracked a move toward art rock detail and meticulous arrangements that still shape their live approach.

This show reconnects with that DNA: vintage synths facing sharp guitar lines, tight drumming and Morgan’s voice shifting from spoken inflections to melodic turns. The set dives into their 90s catalogue, brushes against later detours, and nods to their Sanremo return with Semplicemente. Andy’s keyboards and textures bring a graphic edge, Magnini holds the riffs and harmonics, and Carnevale locks the pulse.
