Camille

On 19 November 2026 at La Rodia in Besançon, Camille returns to the stage with The Sound of Milk, a new cycle conceived in three chapters — Birth, Childhood, Adolescence. Inspired by her experience as a mother and an artist, the project moves through joy, transmission and our connection to the living, like a sound diary that advances through small scenes, reimagined nursery rhymes and bursts of pop. True to her work with the voice, polyrhythms and body percussion, she crafts songs with fluid structures, between intimate choirs, breath interplay and interlocking loops.

On stage, the triptych unfolds like a narrative in motion: spoken fragments, refrains, collective tableaux, material captured from everyday life. The pieces travel from Birth to Adolescence without attempting illustration, instead tracing a physical and sensitive thread between language, rhythm and the body. Her first major project since Ouï, The Sound of Milk continues Camille’s pop and acoustic exploration and opens a shared listening space where the proximity of the voices and the energy onstage create a performance that is at once precise, playful and organic.
