Master Boot Record returns with a 100% Italian metal night on November 26, 2026 at Ô Totem Live, Rillieux-la-Pape. Led by Roman musician Victor Love, the hybrid project blends extreme metal, synthwave, chiptune and digital orchestrations. Guitars give way to saturated, cutting synth lines, nourished by the imagery of the BIOS, boot sectors and file systems. On stage, the set merges heavy metal conventions and electronic textures, with an aesthetic directly plugged into retro-computing.
Formed in 2014, Fulci delivers a death metal steeped in Italian horror cinema. Murky, oppressive atmospheres, compact riffs, tempo shifts and quasi-narrative structures shape a sound that nods to the 1990s without losing its appetite for gore tableaux. From Tropical Sun to Exhumed Information, and then Duck Face Killings in 2024, the trio has honed a denser, more atmospheric songwriting.
With arottenbit, the Milanese project of Alessandro “Otto” Galli, expect abrasive chiptune that flirts with dark techno, hardcore and noise. Saturated textures, tight pulses and a confident electronic grain—sometimes performed on Game Boy—give this live set a rhythmic tension that will appeal as much to heavy music fans as to machine aficionados.
