On 23 October 2026, Joe Jackson returns to Barcelona with a stop at Paral·lel 62. A British composer and multi-instrumentalist trained at the Royal Academy of Music, he arrives with more than four decades of songs spanning pop, rock, new wave and orchestral writing. From the early days of Look Sharp! and I’m the Man to the urban turn of Night and Day —with Steppin’ Out as a turning point— his repertoire has continually broken new ground without losing a recognisable signature.

On stage, Jackson makes keyboard and voice his centre, linking phases that range from Body and Soul and Big World to more recent works such as Rain, Fast Forward, Fool and What a Racket!. At Paral·lel 62, the set will move between emblematic pieces like Steppin’ Out and material from his latest releases, leaving room for his blend of edgy pop, rock pulses and more chamber-like arrangements.
