Digitalism

Digitalism presents in Madrid a live show focused on their intersection of club culture and indie energy. Born in Hamburg, the duo of Jens Moelle and İsmail Tüfekçi honed their sound with maxi singles on Kitsuné — Zdarlight, Idealistic — before consolidating it on Idealism (2007), where they alternate between instrumental club tracks and vocal songs. With I Love You Dude (2011) they pushed toward more pop-oriented structures without abandoning the rhythmic core, with “Circles” as an example, and on Mirage (2016) they opened up to melodic techno and more atmospheric textures. EPs such as Lift (2016), 5KY11GHT (2018) and JPEG (2019) reinforced their club-oriented side, always moving between electro house, indie dance and nods to electronic rock.

In concert, Digitalism links these stages with punchy basslines, compressed synths and a direct songwriting style designed for dancing. Active both as a live act and in DJ sets and regulars at clubs and festivals across Europe, North America and Asia, they bring to Madrid a format that lets songs and dancefloor grooves converse without losing tension. Digitalism (Live) will take place on 30 October 2026 at Sala Lab/Wagon, Estación de Chamartín, Madrid.
