Gente de Zona

Gente de Zona lands in Madrid on 25 June 2026 for a concert at the Movistar Arena. Born in Havana in the early 2000s, the project began around rapper Alexander Delgado and took its definitive form as a duo when Randy Malcom, with a background in Cuban salsa, joined in 2011. Their trademark is cubatón: Spanish-language rap, melodies close to timba and an urban pulse aimed at the dancefloor without losing their island accent.

In concert, the group relies on a powerful vocal front, a punchy rhythmic foundation and a brass section that propels the dancing. The set blends the atmosphere of Caribbean clubs with Latin pop conventions, featuring catchy choruses and call-and-response moments with the audience. Over their repertoire hover collaborations that opened the international door for them, such as “Bailando” with Enrique Iglesias and Descemer Bueno, and “La Gozadera” with Marc Anthony. Their albums Visualízate, En letra de otro and Otra cosa map out a hybrid path between tropical song and reggaeton, which the duo now deploys on major stages across the Americas and Europe. In Madrid, that formula becomes a show centered on rhythm, vocals and the heat of a live performance.
