Goldmen - Concert Best of Goldman

Les Goldmen return to the stage with a Best Of tour dedicated to the repertoire of Jean-Jacques Goldman and the trio Fredericks Goldman Jones. Seven musicians revisit these songs in their original keys, taking care with the arrangements and the drive of the live versions. On vocals, Alain Stevez, whose timbre is reminiscent of Goldman, leads the way between ballads and more uptempo numbers, while Sabrina Belmo adds a solid presence and a vocal color that echoes Carole Fredericks.

On the program are the essentials: Quand la musique est bonne, Je te donne, À nos actes manqués, Né en 17 à Leidenstadt, Un, deux, trois, and other tracks that have accompanied generations. The group emphasizes precise harmonies, guitars and keyboards to recapture that instantly recognizable melodic writing.
