Goldmen - Concert Best of Goldman

Les Goldmen are hitting the road again with a Best Of tour and will make a stop on 21 January 2028 at Arena Loire Trélazé. A tribute band dedicated to the work of Jean-Jacques Goldman, they dive back into the repertoire that defined the ’80s and ’90s, as well as that of the trio Fredericks Goldman Jones. On the bill are songs such as Quand la musique est bonne, Je te donne, Un, deux, trois, Né en 17 à Leidenstadt and À nos actes manqués, performed in their original keys with faithful arrangements.

Fronted by Alain Stevez, whose vocal range and phrasing recall Goldman, and by Sabrina Belmo, whose vocal color is close to Carole Fredericks’s, the group relies on live energy and vocal harmony to recapture the emotion of the studio and stage versions. Without heavy pastiche, Les Goldmen favor restraint, guitars and backing vocals, restoring these songs’ collective spirit. An evening designed to sing along to familiar choruses and to directly revisit an essential chapter of French song.
