Polynation

On May 19, 2026, Polynation will play at Club Stereo in Nuremberg. The duo from Amsterdam – Hessel Stuut and Stijn van der Woude – develops its electronic music live on stage, somewhere between techno, ambient and electronica. Rather than short peaks, they favor long, evolving structures, recurring rhythmic motifs and finely layered textures. The result is a flow that blends club energy with calm, inward‑looking moments.

Having come to attention with the EPs Allogamy (2015) and Sufi (2016), Polynation further sharpened their sound with Collapse (2019) and Align (2020): organic percussion, drifting melodies and patient progressions. In concert, studio tracks are reassembled, stretched and modulated in real time. Polynation works with nuance and dynamics instead of abrupt breaks, opening spaces and then re‑densifying them, without losing sight of the groove.
