On 30 May 2026 at La Cordo, Romans-sur-Isère, the evening brings together three dark, melodic takes on electronic post-punk and dark wave. Sad Madona will open the night with a sensitive, noir pop—driven by raw, incisive songwriting, spare melodic lines and a voice that oscillates between fragility and brilliance.
Sydney Valette will take over on the machines: melodic synths, steady rhythms, cold-wave tensions, with touches of minimal wave and EBM. Her set, built for the stage, navigates between icy romanticism and electronic vigour, in French as well as English, without losing the concision that makes her tracks so effective.
Manchester’s IST IST will close the bill with minimal, taut post-punk. Metronomic bass, dry guitars, restrained keyboard layers and deep vocals shape a direct, no-frills live show, where the band’s dynamics and the tension between pulse and melody play the leading role. A nocturnal journey in which cold wave, dark wave and alternative rock answer one another without ever becoming indistinct.
