Polynation

On May 6, 2026, at the Pop-up du Label in Paris, the Dutch duo Polynation unfolds a universe where electronic, ambient and world music meet effortlessly. Their organic, cinematic aesthetic supports finely crafted compositions designed as much for close listening as for the stage. Clear melodies, ambient textures, techno pulses and a sense of minimalism interact without losing a pop hook. Loyal to the Atomnation label since 2015, they have released three EPs and the album Igneous, produced a remix for Joep Beving, and caught the ear of tastemakers such as Gilles Peterson.

On stage, Polynation opts for a fully live approach: drums and percussion, analog synths, pianos, kalimbas, bass and guitar, saxophone, tape pedals and tape delays. This acoustic and electronic palette blends into dynamic arrangements where motifs are built in layers, grow in scale and leave room for nuance. The result is a hybrid, precise and lively set that emphasizes musicianship and sonic texture.
