Krooked Kings

Annika Wells writes at the edge of alt-pop and electronic, a singer and songwriter shaped by the studios of Los Angeles after growing up in Sleepy Hollow, California. First noticed as a topliner with electronic producers, including several tracks with Illenium, she’s carved out her own catalog where hook-forward melodies meet airy, melancholic synth work. Her songs look at relationships, hesitation and everyday contradictions with a direct tone and a hint of irony, moving between bedroom-pop intimacy and clean, contemporary production.

On stage, she brings that split personality into focus: sparse verses opening into broad, sing-along refrains, beats that nod to future bass without losing the pop core. The set moves between reworked collaborations and her own cuts, carried by a clear, unforced voice that stays close even when the production swells.
