The Beaches

The Beaches bring their lean, guitar-driven indie rock to The KEE to Bala in Bala on 23 August 2026. Born in the Toronto neighbourhood that gave them their name, the quartet — Jordan Miller (vocals, bass), Kylie Miller (guitar), Leandra Earl (guitar, keys) and Eliza Enman-McDaniel (drums) — blends alternative rock, indie instincts and power-pop hooks. Early EPs sketched the blueprint before Late Show (2017) set their course, followed by The Professional (2019) and Future Lovers (2021), later paired on Sisters Not Twins. With Blame My Ex (2023), they nudged their writing toward pop rock while keeping tight riffs, a compact rhythm section and straight-to-the-point choruses.

On stage, The Beaches play as a unit: crisp twin guitars, drums that keep the pulse locked, and vocals that carry melodies without frills. The set navigates brisk, riff-forward cuts and cleaner pop-tinged tracks, pulling across their catalogue and highlighting the band’s knack for concise, melodic songwriting.
