Tame Impala brings The Deadbeat Tour to Rogers Arena in Vancouver on September 6, 2026. Kevin Parker’s Australian psych-rock project turns studio-built songs into a live, full-band set, with fuzzy guitars, analog synths and looping rhythms shaping a dense yet fluid sound. From Innerspeaker and Lonerism to newer material, the show threads daydream melodies and sturdy grooves, with Parker’s high tenor upfront. On stage, arrangements lean into contrasts—haze and clarity, punch and drift—while the band steers the dynamics without losing the pulse.
Also on the bill, Dominic Fike blends indie pop, hip-hop touches and guitar-driven rock. After the 2018 EP Don’t Forget About Me, Demos and the single 3 Nights, he broadened the mix on his albums What Could Possibly Go Wrong and Sunburn. Live, laid-back vocals meet crisp riffs and R&B hues, with simple hooks and introspective writing giving the songs a direct swing—an efficient counterpoint to Tame Impala’s psych textures.
