On 23 May 2026 Dermot Kennedy will play at the Zenith in Munich. The Irish singer-songwriter brings his blend of pop-folk, acoustic ballads and subtle electronic tensions to the stage, driven by a present, emotionally tinged voice. Known for songs like “Outnumbered” and “Power Over Me,” he moves between quiet moments and dynamic surges without losing sight of the songwriting. His debut Without Fear (2019) and its follow-up Sonder (2022) mark two phases in which he explores vulnerability, intimacy and relationships. Live, this yields a set that combines intimate storytelling with powerful choruses, oscillating between guitar, beats and expansive melodic arcs.
Joining him is Amble, an Irish trio that condenses contemporary folk approaches into stripped-back arrangements and harmonised vocals. Guitars, measured tempos and direct lyrics reflect everyday life, relationships and an unpretentious mode of storytelling. Their songs rely on clear structures and warmth rather than effects, leaving space on stage for subtlety.
